Executive Development Roundtable
The IWF Executive Development Roundtable, is a two-day intensive leadership and development training program for women leaders, with a proven track-record of reportable increase in self-efficacy, goal setting and leadership development for participants.
Produced by the International Women’s Forum with leading corporations and governments around the world, the program offers seminars customised for organisations sharing IWF’s dedication to developing women’s executive leadership. Executive Development Roundtables are designed to motivate and inspire women with the potential to become leaders and to introduce regional rising stars to an international array of perspectives and leadership styles.
Reinforcing best practices in management, innovation and communication, Executive Development Roundtables improve the retention of women with the potential to become high-performing executives by providing them with the opportunity to be recognised and engaged in a singular professional growth and global leadership experience.
Although EDR seminar audiences are limited in size, the ripple effect of the training will impact others far beyond the participants in the room. Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on promoting relationships among the participants and building bridges across the organisation. EDRs are interactive and engaging to further connections and foster peer networking and mentoring among the group.
IWF delivers Executive Development Roundtables worldwide while adapting them to local cultures.
