Jane Grover, Chief Executive of the not-for-profit Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust network discusses the initiative to host Jazz Sunday Sessions in the Springvale Botanical Cemetery. Kelly O’Dwyer tackles domestic and family violence leave this week, saying it could “disadvantage the very people you are trying to help” by making it more difficult for employers to hire people in potentially difficult situations. Employers such as NAB, Telstra, Virgin Australia, IKEA and Blundstone Boots currently provide domestic and family violence leave for 1.6 million workers.
